Two Quick Things..
1) You don't have to enter the customer's email address.
Just entering their mobile number will work. If you have
time to do so, go ahead as the system will remind them
in their inbox as well. But it's not necessary..
2) We will be adding the new Facebook feature where the
customer will be redirected to post on Facebook.
It will be added within 60 days and we'll send you an email when
that feature is ready to go. This is an unadvertised bonus
and it won't cost you anything to use it.
We recommend using 3 simple questions for your customers to answer.
- How did you hear about us?
(good one so you know what's really working)
- How likely are you to refer a friend or family member?
(good one that shows how satisfied they are)
- Do you have any suggestion for improvement?
(valuable info so you can follow up if you wish)
If you want to use your own questions, please let
us know right away, so there is no delay in setup.
Just use our contact page to send your custom questions.
Please allow 3-5 business days for setup. We usually
get it done quicker, but allow it just in case. Then
keep an eye out for the email that has your
customer portal link.
