The Process
Here it is in a nutshell...
You ask your customer to leave a review, they agree.
You enter their information into the portal (just takes a few seconds)
You tell them they will receive a text and email and to just click on that link.
They are taken to a page where they answer a couple of simple questions
and they leave you a star rating. You can choose what questions to ask them.
If they leave less than 4 stars, they are thanked for their time and the survey ends.
However, if they leave 4 or 5 stars, the system redirects and posts those right to your Google page!
The system will also send your customers a few reminders (in case they forgot or were busy)
